Epoch Remodelers, Inc. is a local, full service exterior remodeling company. Our President & Founder, Kevin Costa, has been servicing Newport & Bristol Counties RI and South Coast MA since 1985.

Licensed Construction Supervisor - Kevin Costa, LCS, is a Massachusetts licensed construction supervisor. All construction and renovation of detached one and two family homes are regulated by the Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS). Prior to performing work on such homes, a contractor must be registered as a Home Improvement Contractor or licensed as a Construction Supervisor depending upon the type of work that is being done.

VSI Certified Vinyl Siding Installer - Kevin Costa is a Vinyl Siding Institute (VSI) certified vinyl siding installer. He has completed a course of study based on the body of knowledge and demonstrated the applied skills needed to properly install vinyl siding and accessories through a program sponsored by the Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc.
CertainTeed® 5-Star Contractor - Epoch Remodelers, Inc. Founder & President Kevin Costa is a CertainTeed® 5 Star Contractor. He has reached this level by completing various certifications in the vinyl siding and restoration millwork disciplines.
CertainTeed® Restoration Millwork Master Craftsman - Kevin Costa is a Restoration Millwork Master Craftsman. Only after passing a rigorous certification exam can a contractor reach this level.
CertainTeed® Vinyl Siding Master Craftsman - Kevin Costa is a Vinyl Siding Master Craftsman. By completing this certification, Kevin has demonstrated the knowledge and skills to install quality vinyl siding.

Locally Rooted - Kevin Costa was born and raised in New Bedford, MA and after completing his studies, entered the home construction and remodeling industry. Since 1979, while raising a family of his own, Kevin has been installing, marketing, and supervising home improvement projects throughout Rhode Island and South Coast Massachusetts. Kevin is an elected town meeting member in his home town of Fairhaven, MA. Epoch Remodelers, Inc. currently has two locations in Southern New England.
